REGULATIONS OF NOMADIC URBAN PREMIUM SUITES §1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS 1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of Nomadic Urban Premium Suites (interchangeably "Facilities") and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card as well as by performing registration activities, in particular by making a reservation and/or or payment of a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at Nomadic Urban Premium Suites. By performing the activities listed in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that he or she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations. 2. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Nomadic Urban Premium Suites. 3. The regulations are available for inspection at the facility's reception and on the website www.nomadicsuites.pl
§2 HOTEL DAY 1. The room at Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is rented for hotel days. 2. The hotel day in the apartments is from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day. 3. The guest should immediately report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival. The property will accommodate requests to extend your stay, subject to room availability. 4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the event of failure to make full payment for the current period of stay and in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. 5. Guest for an additional fee if the conditions specified in § 2 section are not met. 4 and 5 may extend the hotel day in the apartment. Fees for extending the hotel day are as follows: - extending the hotel day until 15:00 is subject to a fee of PLN 400; - extension of the hotel day until 19:00 is subject to a fee of 70% of the value of the first day; - extension of the hotel day after 7:00 p.m. is subject to the full hotel night fee in accordance with the current price list.

§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN

1. The basis for the guest's check-in is to complete and sign the residence card. The reception desk is obliged to ask the Guest to show an ID card to confirm the Guest's identity. 2. The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he /she paid the fee for the stay has not expired. 3. Persons not registered at Nomadic Urban Premium Suites may stay in the room as guests from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00. 4. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to property belonging to the Facility or Guests, personal injury to Guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying in the facility. 5. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay and an additional PLN 500/day for additional services. 6. If the apartment reservation is canceled after exceeding the free cancellation deadline or if the Guest does not arrive at the facility on the scheduled date, Nomadic Urban Premium Suites will charge the Guest for the first day. 7. If the Guest resigns from the stay during the 24-hour period, the Facility does not refund the fee for a given overnight stay. §4 SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES 1. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report any concerns at the Reception Desk, which will enable employees to react and improve the standard of services provided. 2. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is obliged to provide guests with: - conditions for complete and unrestricted rest, - security of stay, including security of confidentiality information about the guest, - professional and courteous service in all services provided in the facility, - cleaning the room and making necessary repairs to equipment during in the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he expresses such consentwish, - technically efficient service; and in case of occurrence defects that cannot be removed immediately, the facility will make every effort to change the room or otherwise alleviate it if possible inconveniences. 3. Additionally, at the Guest's request, the facility provides the following services free of charge: - providing information related to the stay and travel, - wake-up call at a designated time, - ordering a taxi. 4. At the request of a Guest staying at Nomadic Urban Premium Suites with small children, a cot and a baby bathtub are added to the room free of charge - subject to their availability.

§5 LIABILITY OF PERSONS 1. On the premises of Nomadic Urban Premium Suites, children under the age of 14 should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians will be financially liable for any damage to equipment and technical devices resulting from the children's actions. 2. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the facility due to his or his visitors' fault. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused after his departure. 3. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the facility's requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the Nomadic Urban Premium Suites. 4. Each time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, the Guest should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, close the taps and check that the doors are locked. 5. The facility has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest to the facility in the event of the Guest's delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to settle the amount due for the services provided. §6 LIABILITY OF THE FACILITY 1. The facility is liable for loss or damage to items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of the Civil Code. 2. The guest should notify the reception about the damage immediately after discovering it. 3. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items are deposited at the Reception. 4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to accept deposits of high-value items, large amounts of money, items that pose a threat to safety and large items that exceed storage capacity. 5. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it or live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the facility's parking spaces or in a cooperating parking lot with the Object. 6. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is not responsible for items stored in the room safe.
§7 RETURN OF ITEMS LEFT 1. Personal items left by the departing Guest in the room will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his/her expense. If such an instruction is not received, the facility will store the above items at the owner's expense for a period of two months, and after this period, these items will become the property of Nomadic Urban Premium Suites. Due to their properties, food products will be stored for 24 hours.
§8 NIGHT SILENCE 1. The facility has a quiet night from: 22:00 to 6:00 the next day.
§9 COMPLAINTS 1.Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided. 2. All complaints are accepted by the reception. 3. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
§10 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS 1. Nomadic Urban Premium Suites is pet-friendly and accepts small and medium-d dogs weighing up to 15 kg. There is an additional fee of PLN 150 per hotel day for a dog. The owner of the animal is obliged to keep it in such a way that it does not pose a threat to other guests and staff. The guest is obliged to remove any waste left by the animal on the premises of the Nomadic Urban Premium Suites facility and is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. 2. Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the hotel and its immediate surroundings; in case of non-compliance with the above point, the facility reserves the right to charge a fee of PLN 500 for each violation. 3. Dangerous goods, weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive or illuminating materials cannot be stored in the rooms. 4. Minibars are an additional paid option, regulated individually by the Guest at the main reception. 5. The guest is obliged to declare the desire to receive a VAT invoice before making the payment.
